Our club

We are a small juniors-only club that has been running for over 26 years now, with over 80 regular members from all over the southern area of Greater Manchester, aged 6yrs to 16yrs. With a reputation for being a friendly and family-orientated club, we provide the opportunity for young people to not only enjoy hockey, but develop the skills and knowledge which will allow them to progress in the sport.

We train throughout the year (apart from August), dividing into ability groupings, and join up with Stockport Bramhall HC Junior section to enable our players to compete in the Greater Manchester League at Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 age groupings, both boys and girls.  We have strong links with local senior clubs, providing exit pathways for our older members

We have two level 2 coaches, 1 male and 1 female, and 2 level 1, again 1 male, 1 female. We also have a number of adult volunteers  all of whom are CRB checked,

New members can come and try us out, before committing to coming regularly (or irregularly!), and we don't expect any payment for the first three sessions. We  have plenty of hockey sticks for people to borrow, or until they decide to get their own.  Please drop us an email to see if we have vacancies.
